Toby has gone from working in technology at Accenture and the BBC for 8 years, to founding his own consultancy - Mildon, which focuses on diversity and inclusion. His introduction to D&I was implementing a gender balance action plan in the BBC technology department.

Also, creating his own book - My Inclusive Growth Book. Which enables anyone to deliver a sustainable, diverse & inclusive workplace to allow their organisation to grow.
